Citrano, Daniel marry in Fort Worth

Kayla Michelle Daniel and Kyle Anthony Citrano were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 18 at University Christian Church in Fort Worth.
The ceremony was officiated by Reverend Daniel Terry and Carrie Zimmerman. A reception followed the ceremony at The Omni Fort Worth. On the eve of the wedding, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Fort Worth Club.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Daniel of Lakeway. Kayla is a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Friesen of Edmonton, Alberta and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Daniel of Huron, South Dakota. She is a 2004 graduate of Lake Travis High School and a 2008 and 2009 graduate of Texas Christian University where she received a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education and a Masters in elementary education.
She is currently employed by Midway ISD, teaching the second grade at Castleman Creek Elementary School. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sammy A. Citrano III of Waco. Kyle is the grandson of Mrs. Concetta Citrano and the late Mr. Sam A. Citrano Jr. of Beaumont and Mrs. Rena Newhouse and the late Mr. Emory Newhouse of Conroe. He is a 2004 graduate of Midway High School and a 2008 graduate of Texas Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of business in marketing and management. He is a managing partner in his family’s business, George’s Restaurant and Bar.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a diamond white satin dress by Paloma Blanca. The trumpet silhouette featured a sweetheart neckline with a pearl and rhinestone belt. To complete her ensemble, she wore a veil trimmed with a satin edge. The bride carried a hand tied bouquet with purple flowers with some ivory accents including hydrangeas, freesia, lisianthus, anemones, calla lilies, and roses.
Serving as Matron of Honor was Kathryn Margaret Foust of Colleyville. Bridesmaids were Carly Daniel-Hughes of Montreal, Canada, Chelsey Marie Daniel of Austin, Brittany Richardson Thomas of Liberty Missouri, Caroline Anne Nixon of Dallas, and Mary Nell Boyd of San Antonio. The flower girl was Reagan Elizabeth Goslee of North Richland Hills.
Best man was Stan Arthur Gerdes of Waco. Groomsmen were Christopher Marshall Qualls of Grandview, Stephen Patrick O’Neal of Dallas, Samuel Joseph McMillen of Liberty, Missouri, Sal Raymond Rallo of Plano, Scott Austin Nichols of Panhandle, Alexander Michael Alessandro of San Diego, California and Kevin Bradley Chirafis of Beaumont. Ushers were Matthew Jacob Foust of Pampa, Michael Vincent Roach of Dallas, Marcus Houston Qualls of Grandview, William Dallas Flowers III of Memphis, Tennessee and Thomas Alexander Tolson of McKinney. Ring bearers were the bride’s nephew Silas Marion Daniel-Hughes of Montreal, Canada and the bride and groom’s godson Nolan Patrick Goslee of North Richland Hills.
A duet was performed during the ceremony by Chelsey Daniel and Nicholas Timmins. Following a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Waco.
