The Lake Travis track and field team took part in the Westwood Warrior Relays Friday and have just two more meets to go before the District 15-5A Championships.
Kenton Neel ran to first place overall in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.31 seconds, while Devyn Brown came in fifth at 26.77.
Abigail Moss earned second in the 400 dash, finishing in 58.58.
Elaine Howington came in sixth in the 3200-meter run with a time of 13 minutes 26.28 seconds.
The girls 4×100 relay team placed second, finishing just behind Stony Point with a time of 50.43, and the 4×400 team was also second, coming in at 4:11.18.
In the field events, Marisa Ochoa came in second in the shot put with a throw of 36 feet 3.50 inches and Melodi Ramirez was sixth at 33-00.
Ochoa was also second in the discus with Ramirez placing third with throws of 102-00 and 92-08, respectively.
On the boys side, Stefan Vidovic won the high jump competition with a height of 6 feet, 2 inches, besting Jake Nowak of Vandegrift in a jump-off.
Hunter Streuling earned third in the 110-meter hurdles and the 300 hurdles with times of 16.70 and 41.36, respectively.
Nick Brooks was right behind in the 110 hurdles, taking fourth place with a time of 17.25 and Brock Kenyon placed sixth with a time of 18.07.
The boys 4-x-400 relay squad earned second place with a time of 3:31.00.
Liam Van Oort placed third with a 9-06 throw in the pole vault.
Dominic Packer and Tyler Robertson were third and fourth in the triple jump at 41-05 and 40-01, respectively. Connor Shannon came in fourth in the shot put at 45-09 1/2 and he was fourth in the discus with a 126-02 1/2. Will Argueta was fifth in the discus with a throw of 125 1/2.
Matias Zaragoza came in fifth in the 400-meter dash at 52.83, and Mason Slade was sixth in the 3200 run at 11:06.68.
